They were extremely professional, they gave me solutions that solved my phone issues instead of hiking prices up and trying to sound smart. I paid Lower then other tech shop and they weren’t rude which was a plus. I’d definitely come back here for help in the future.

I don’t usually do 2 star ratings, but this store knowingly sold me a faulty lightning to headjack adapter. Guy had a big smile on his face as he did it. Test the hardware before you buy it from them!
This is a great place with a really skillful and knowledgeable Technicians! I was lucky to find that service 12 years ago when I still lived nearby in Irvine but I still go there with any my laptop problem. I am really happy with their services and I would recommend anybody to use them. And thank you personally, Kesha!
eCyberDeck is one of the best cyber cafes I have ever been to! The service is absolutely amazing! The owners are such great people! It is so refreshing to have such a great small business here in Orange County. Best Cyber Cafe without a doubt! The location is amazing as well! There are a ton of shops for food and shopping! Go check it out!
Had a boot loop issue with my iPhone where it would restart the apple logo repeatedly. The guys at cyber deck diagnosed it as a faulty camera light sensor quick and I was out of there in 45 minutes. Recommend this place and will definitely be bringing back my future phones to this spot. A customer service
