Really nice array of indoor and outdoor plants. A few remaining bargains in unsold Christmas items at end of January 2021. Spacious and operating a one way system for Covid safety. Soft toys. Seed potatoes. Garden tools. Garden furniture. A big car park.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to the Iron Acton Garden Centre. There was a decent variety and selection of plants but the cafe was very poor. The cafe staff were friendly but I felt they had no idea what they were doing. It took a while for us to be served and when we were the lady didn't really know what she was doing. We ordered three drinks and a portion of crumpets which was included as the Gardener's Club deal of the month but the server didn't really seem to understand how the deal worked or how to put it through the till. The cakes on display didn't really look very appetising and the overall cleanliness of the cafe wasn't really up to standard. The cafe was a disappointed but the overall garden centre was nice. I would say it was below par to compared to other local garden centres but they did have a good range of plants. The staff in the garden centre were very friendly, helpful and welcoming and they really do know their stuff. I had never been to the Iron Acton Garden Centre before, I probably wouldn't go back unless I needed to pop in and quickly grab something and I definitely wouldn't return to the cafe. The cafe definitely let the garden centre down.
Visited to pick up a few bits before lockdown. Always has a good selection of plants, as well as a few gift type items. Staff pleasant & helpful. Had a good Xmas display of lights & trimmings. Didn't find a hand cleansing station though. Used our own.
