I would say WOW! Lightning FAST shipping in Kyrgyzstan Usually it takes 20-30 days for such packages, but this arrived within 8 days! And they gave me speciall offer for Headlamp Petzl Actik Core 2018 With very affordable shipping cost! Would like to order 15pcs, but only 5 were available at the moment Other 10pcs, have to collect all over the world, but total price from Sportsprofi were unbeatable! I'm Impressed so much, so asked for link to leave this review )

I had a \complicated\ order (I did not understand something and one item was missing DUE TO THE SUPPLIER not sportsprofi) and here is my experience about sportsprofi: \u003e They delivered me in 2 days! \u003e They replied 3 times to my questions within less than one hour \u003e Each time they provided a complete answer, they took in charge the relationship with the faulty supplier and backed me up saying in case the supplier does not give the missing part they will. \u003e It is not often that I leave an open review like that on the net but I insist to do so here because this is rare to see a website with very competitive prices, super good customer care and excellent service in general. Keep doing well Sportsprofi!

I have a Bioforce Home Gym. I love this machine but replacement parts are really hard to find in the US. Sportsprofi is a company that solved that problem. Not only did Sportsprofi sell me the replacement parts that I needed at a great price but they also gave me great customer service. Sportsprofi is a solid company that I would definitely recommend.

Der Shop ist sehr gut aufgebaut, ich habe sehr schnell und genau gefunden, wonach ich gesucht habe. Leider war die Produktbeschreibung nicht ganz eindeutig, sodass mein bestellter Artikel umgetauscht werden musste. Trotzdem, alles in allem ein prompter Service, unkomplizierte Kommunikation, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Leider werden die Kosten für die Rücksendung der Ware nicht von Sportsprofi übernommen. Meiner Meinung nach für einen Online Shop heutzutage nicht zeitgemäß. Andere machen das besser. Des Weiteren kostet die Rücksendung für ein paar Schuhe von Deutschland nach Österreich ca. 17 Euro. Warum biete ich auf dem deutschen Markt an wenn eine Rücksendung mit höheren Kosten erforderlich ist und vom Käufer getragen werden müssen?

Das ursprünglich bestellte Licht war leider ausverkauft aber man hat sofort eine Alternative angeboten bekommen und diese innerhalb kürzester Zeit verschickt. Klasse Service. Der Artikel selbst ist der Hammer und man wird keinerlei Probleme mehr haben auch im Dunkeln zu fahren.
