Everything organized good. After arrival I filled up few forms and they called me for medical exam. Personale explained me everything clearly and in polite manner. I spent 1 hour to pass my medical. They answered all the questions I had and then certificate was issued in short period of time. Hospital has big parking lot.

It took them over three months to organise my offshore medical for simply needing a report from my specialist - took them over 6 weeks to send it to her and three weeks once it was returned to them. Doctor was incredibly rude on both occasions I visited and very rude about my weight despite the fact I managed to lose 10 Kg before the review pushing me below their offshore limit. A little encouragement would have been nice but instead he chose to make me feel like something you wipe off your shoes. I left feeling rather upset both times and I'd really rather not use them again. but depends on my employers... Reception staff were friendly though.

Very poor service with conflicting information from their occupational therapist resulting in me being off my work for more than 7 months when i was ready and fit to return to work since the end of November

It took a 'mere' two weeks to arrange the medical at Waterloo Clinic, but getting the results were a nightmare. Repeated emails and phone calls to both Waterloo and Iqarus in Aberdeen showed a total lack of communication between the two and if I hadn't been pushing I still would not have the results, nearly a month later. Had to delay getting a visa because of the tardy service, and total offshore trip postponed because of it. Use someone else if you can.

Nice medical centre but parking was difficult. Also a couple of rude and inconsiderate staff but maybe having a bad day? I’ve been to better and cheaper places in Aberdeen for an offshore medical.

Appallingly bad service. Several times I have had to call the doctors to get information they told me they would find out, only to find that the Doctor has either left and they didn't follow up or not bothered to do what they are paid to do 5 weeks after the initial consultation. Extremely unprofessional, lazy and business morals are very low. Every other medical practice in Aberdeen has a high rating 4.6 and above. Iquarus has low 3 for a reason. The staff are unprofessional, and there is no control, communication or organisation within. Would not recommend this organisation to go for a medical

This must be the most disorganised, useless company I have ever encountered. Despite emailing in advance stating that I needed a Saudi medical which required a chest x-ray it was not arranged, I had to arrange myself down in Dundee. I had sent them the medical form in advance but still they did not know what was required. The nurses made numerous attempts to take blood. Not sure if it is true but I hear it is due to saving money by using larger needles. Both of these also happened with my wife some months later. When they used a smaller needle on her, they were able to obtain blood immediately. When chasing up my medical report they say the delay is to waiting for x-ray from Fernbrae, again I had to chase it up only to find it had been sent to them several days prior.
