Shephen came to my rescue!!! I have a 200 year old country cottage and having an extension put on the side. Was finding it very hard to find the right colour brick. Every building yard I went to were very unhelpful so I was getting quite upset. Because we were on a really tight time schedule. I looked for a local company and IQ building merchant was my closest and met shephen that couldn’t do any more for me, calm, efficient, and found me my brick with super quick delivery. I really do appreciate his helpfulness. Hopefully he can help with our window to now. Thankyou soooo much x

The door I ordered was out of stock, so IQ offered refund or a different door. I chose the different door, but when we came to fit it it was too small. IQ were excellent in organising a quick redelivery of the right size. They were easy to work with, and I’ll definitley use them again!
