I’m surprised to see soo many negative reviews. I’ve had a positive experience at this dentist. Both the reception and dentist have been very adequate, especially during these times. Thank you for looking after me

I had been a patient at the practice since I was a child and in jan 2020 I had consistant tooth pain. Booked numerous appointments to try and get out of pain to which I was often told no appointments left for today when it was 8.04am and they only opened at 8! When I was seen it was someone different each time to which I was told by one I'm just a locum and have a strict time slot i havent got time to do anything today. Was told 3 times- on 3 different emergency appointments he thinks it's an ulcer to which I got upset and distressed about as knew what an ulcer felt like, it certainly wasnt. After 4 more appointments and over 150 on emergency appointments I had to call it a day as was just pumping my body with antibiotics. I since have moved to a different dental and was told in the initial examination I had a serve abcess which had blocked all canals linked to the tooth. I feel disgusted that I was treated like I was and yet charged everytime I attended to be told I dont no what tooth hurts, it's just an ulcer, your just swollen. I'm not the type to moan about paying but prescriptions on top of emergency app charges for over 2 months soon added up, soon found out I wasnt getting anywhere. I will not be recommending this practice to anyone ever again. Since I've moved to a new one I feel like I've been treated like a queen, shocking how 2 practices can be totally different in so many ways. Good luck to anyone that chooses to visit and be prepared to nkt see the same dentist each visit

Posting reviews is not something I would normally do, in fact this is he first time. This morning I attended my first appointment at this surgery,I was extremely impressed with the whole experience, all staff very friendly and professional,helpful advice given,I would happily recommend to anyone.5 star in my view.

The worse dental care I have heard of My girlfriend had to wait 8months for follow appointment to fix RCT to fill it in and now they cancelled it again Maybe another wait up to year and possibly lose her teeth Don't go with those scammers

I enjoyed the professional manner used by the reception staff. I was put very much at ease when I arrived for my appointment. The dental staff were the same. Good advice on dental health. The only thing that gets a minus from me, was the overrun on my appointment time. I realize that this is par for the course with dental and medical practices, so no problem. Thank you.
