So I turned up at lunchtime for my appointed test only to be told my test had been cancelled because they had no internet. So annoying as I cannot get another appointment for 2 months!! And then have to do it all again ... I hope the internet is more reliable next time round

Welcoming and polite staff. Pleasant waiting area. Clean meeting rooms and great coffee!! Parking a little frustrating as nearest is NCP car park which is far from reasonably priced.
