Sales process and fitting service was pretty good, however if you want any form of aftercare then avoid this company! Arrogant rude 'customer services' team. Suggesting that the lifting of our hard flooring boards is due to wear and tear? Its been down for 3 weeks! Avoid this company at all costs! I know i will be in the future, thank god i paid by credit card and covered under section 75 of the consumer credit act.

Good selection of carpets and lino Very helpful staff and cheaper than large stores nearby. Reasonable fitting rates to. Very happy with shop. Carpet fitters turned up late but worked on to finish. Lino not sealed in bathroom or kitchen though so bit dissapointed about this. Carpet and lino are excellent though. Will have to seal the lino myself

Went in to the store today and their distancing/safety procedures in place were brilliant. We picked up a leaflet and were given hand sanitizer and our temperatures checked with regular signage around the store for distancing. Very friendly staff also.
