Really lovely staff. Always cheerful and chatty no matter how busy they are!

Dave Parsons

Plenty of staff well versed in Covid procedure, and I signed up for a VIP card, as a result have been offered 10% off my next purchase.

Halie Hartill

For pet food and accessories it's an ok shop. For live animals avoid at all costs. Can't speak for other stores but this one in particular has a history of animals dying young. Both in my experience and in other people I have spoken to. When they have offers they are usually worth while full price though they are quite expensive.

Julie Cole

Dee Garrett-Grimwood

Super as always, well stocked, delightfully welcoming & polite staff with a multiple range of all-year-round dog coats , blankets & beds.
