I used the express STI kit service. Received a text informing me to call the Orwell Clinic number to discuss my results. After two hours of trying to get through without a response, and expecting the worst result, I had a call back informing me that all of my tests were negative they just didn’t have enough of a blood sample to test for Hep C. Please please please, do not send that text if there is nothing to worry about. That was an extremely stressful and disturbing experience. On the positive side, I received the results quite quickly?

Just finished arranging to have my contraceptive implant removed. Lady I spoke to on the phone went above and beyond to find me an appointment in the time frame I wanted. Yes this place is busy. Don't expect to call up and have an appointment booked the next day, that's just common sense and arrive early for the walk ins, again, common sense. I have always found the staff here to be knowledgeable and friendly. I really feel like they do the best they can with the resources they have.

I’ve been with these people for a couple of years now and I can’t say it’s been a pleasant experience, their level of care for patients is minimal and not professional at all. They don’t give you appointments suited to your needs I’ve been left with meds for over a month and they knew this an still have me an appointment for another two weeks and it’s disgusting how this clinic is ran. This clinic and it’s doctors have left me Every ill when it all could of been avoided with a sooner appointment. I cash Ipswich should be shamed of the level of care they are giving people and it not fair to only have one doctor when you should at least have three, certain people have left the clinic and now it’s being ran with no care for the patients and they have made me ill, as soon as I start driving I will not be returning to this shamble of clinic as my health is important to me and they are taking it as a joke The receptionists are rude and unprofessional and need a little training in how important the patients life is if suffering with a illness that attacks the immune system daily. Shameful and disappointing
