I bought a 2017 Land Rover Discovery Sport which I part exchanged my car for and from start to finish I can say I had a great experience. I dealt with Rob who knows his job very well and was very knowledgeable. The thing I found was comforting was they had COVID restrictions in place, making it safe for me to collect the car. I would highly recommend this company.
Contacted Jaguar Ipswich about a car, and spent time providing all of the details on my current Jaguar so they could provide a valuation. Then, nothing. Eleven days later I receive a call asking me which car I was interested in, by which time I’d agreed a deal at another competent dealership. One more occasion that Marshall have successfully deterred me from doing business with them.
