Placed an order 8 days ago and am yet to hear anything (at all), no order confirmation of any kind, unable to access the online account I had to create to order through the website, called the store to explain the issues and was told quite abruptly \thats normal but its a 2 week wait for delivery\ and nothing else, that's great I understand the delivery wait but still don't know if you have actually even received my order, very tempted to cancel the order and order elsewhere but cant even do that as the money for the order has been ring fenced by PayPal. All subsequent attempts to call the store have not been answered.
