As a regular both buying and selling I have not had any major problems. The vendor money is in the bank account on the day of settlement which is important when relying on any third party selling your property. As a buyer the lots are have been received as viewed, no missing items, as security can be a problem at other auctions. I have not had any issues of this kind. Like most auctions, they estimate on the low side, but I am often surprised by the prices achieved, they regularly achieve double reserve, sometime many times more.
