They have a new system at Lloyd's pharmacy in Sainsburys. Lo and behold it doesn't work! My prescription was given to Drs last Monday. Asked for it at Sainsburys on Wednesday and they didn't have it but was OK as knew Dr's hadn't had it that long. Went in to get it today and they couldn't find it but wanted to know what I had ordered. They still couldn't find it and asked me to do some shopping and call back in 10 minutes. When I returned to pharmacy they had found the prescription form and told me it had already been collected!! A couple of minutes later a colleague said 'is this the one you're looking for. What a fiasco. Old system was fine so 'if it isn't broke, don't fix it!!!!!

Very friendly staff that will always do thier best for you
Absolutely useless! Put my urgent prescription in a week ago, been in nearly everyday to find they don't have it, said they would ring my husband when it was in, they did not! Went today, finally had it, get home to find they still haven't given me all of it, after asking the lady behind the counter if it was ALL there. Took my slip so doubt I can get the rest.
This place is rubish never on time allways no pharmists to dispence if u know what time u start u should get in earlier to make sure u are their on time not o sorry went to get in me car and dint start what u mean is u over slept hope they have money docked from their pay if not in on time usless
