I went with the family. The kids really enjoyed the museum and finding Wally. The booking system was simple and social distancing/covid measures were good. Well done to the museum!

So much to see, interesting facts and exhibits for all ages. Took our two grandchildren here ages 4 and 9 both of whom thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Covid compliant so make sure that you book a slot before you travel and adults bring your masks.

Absolutely fabulous museum! Wonderfully old fashioned. Stuffed animals&birds, social histories, geology, historical displays, shop. Amazingly it's all for free, a hidden gem! Well done Ipswich Council. York Council should take a leaf out of your book!!

I visited the museum for the first time in 2019. To be honest I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. Especially liked the Egyptian mummy's, very well presented. Definitely worth a look if you're in the area.

Great place. Covered so many eras and countries. Loads to see and read . Highly recommend. Visited nearby Ipswich town centre.
