Friendly, knowledgeable & helpful staff. Days before fitting, Matt, the store manager, called me to make sure I didn't need to order any ancillary bits & pieces to complete the work when the time came. The fitter, Scottie, was obviously experienced and knew his stuff. The rest of the store staff were very helpful, providing a Covid compliant waiting area for the time it took to do the work. Good product which I could have fitted myself but would have taken me all day, with no doubt broken clips and a bit of swearing! Well worth paying someone who does it all day, every day and instead only takes an hour while I have a coffee. Was it value for money?........... Oh, Yes. Would I recommend this store and it's staff?......... Without reservation. Thanks to all concerned.

Was told as a couple we could not enter the store together due to Covid-19 rules which I completely accepted, only to find another couple shopping together with masks keeping their chins warm. I asked the staff why the rules only apply to some to which they replied that they came in separately and then shopped together, I asked why they were not then challenged and they had no answer. There were plenty of staff that were not doing anything but obviously just decided not to do anything about it for whatever reason.
Get place to buy a replacement car light bulb and get it fitted, friendly helpful staff following COVID-19 guidelines
I've used the store many times over the years and always had a positive experience but the most recent was probably the best yet. The staff were brilliant, very knowledgeable and honest with their advice and guidance. Could not ask for anything more from them. Great work all!
Everyone so helpful, and nothing is too much trouble, Kelvin when I bought the car seat, and help today. Highly recommended
