Remarkable service. I couldn't believe the Professionalism of the Staff. My Partner bought a Phone contract and we got a case and screen protector from Fone world. They put the screen protector as well. We had to replace the Phone for another Model because of an issue with the phone. I went back to Fone World they replaced the case for free. I had to pay for a new Screen Protector, but they also gave me a credit note after knowing what happened to the previous Phone. They didn't had to because it was not there fault. They went out of the way to make me feel as a valued customer. I was so impressed on how professionally this was handled. I have been telling all my friends and family about them. Would recommend to every one.

Quick and well priced. Good Guy Helped my dad with his phone too and answered his questions politely and took his time-until my father understood it all , at no extra cost. Full 5 star for your Patience.
Put my phone in for repair, only took a week came back and was working fine and hadn't lost any of my contacts, pics etc. The guys were most helpful and understanding. Thank you so much. .
Friendly service. Great job. Told they could fix my moto g power 8 for 60. Which is cheapest in Ipswich. Told they could do it Wednesday (on a Sunday).. on Wednesday they called me at 10 I was already down town. They fixed phone in less time than it takes to have a cuppa. Going back tomorrow to have screen protector fixed (which was half price). Thanks guys. Will be using again (should the worst happen)
Had my iPhone screen and battery done here. They did it in 25 minutes. Was also offered discount on case and screen protector after repair which i declined at the time. Went back after few weeks they recognized me and still gave me discount. Kudos to staff ,Excellent service. Taking my partners samsung now to be fixed next week. Will defo recommended to all.
