Total shambles of a company. They take over stowmarket high to needham the 88 bus service and just dont arrive to pick them up or dont arrive to take them home! They have left my son waiting in the rain on three occasions now and never answer the phone either!

This company is miles better than Ipswich buses, they are nowhere near late. Yes,at times they’re a couple of minutes late. But i recommend that you use First bus services. One question for you all, do you see many people on Ipswich buses?
