Called Duncan Lewis solicitors with an urgent matter, I needed to talk with their Ipswich branch. The phone was answered and I was told there wasn't really a branch in Ipswich and that the nearest one was Hackney, that is about 2.5 hours away!! They are misleading the public by listing all these branches when they are not real. I asked why did the advertise telephone numbers, address and services for their Ipswich branch? I was told that if I did not like going to Hackney then call somebody else. This seems like an abuse of Google business listings and false advertising which is terrible for a law firm!
