Compassionate kind and caring staff. I suffer with anixety and my last two doctors surgeries were always so rude,avoided eye contact and treated most patients like an inconvenience. Derby Road staff talk to you like a person, they are discreet and helpful. O just wanted to say thank you, especially during tje covid crisis they've all been great.

Not the best, when explaining issue they seem to brush it off and offer a regular tables anyone can get and by doing this patients not taken seriously. and it a big issue because a patient will have to book again and waste more time these type of events happens way too often and is horrendous. Must needed improve! Phone also rings and rings how can a person book appointment?!?!
Always been brilliant with myself. Always send me reminders of my annual jabs and blood tests aswell as my yearly reviews. Whenever ive had an urgent situation they have always helped. Top notch in my honest opinion.
Sadly, and distressingly, this practice is now failing in its care of paients, and its responsibilities. In our opinion, - and because of recent experience, it has lost its caring, human, compassionate touch.
receptionist did not do what she said on monday phoned up today wednesday and told i would get a call from dr before boots closed dr very abrupt and rude and too late to get my prescription processed. tried talking to dr sanam and all i got was i am now gonna hang up after i tried explaining my needs she should take a course on manners out of her 60k a year wage very disappointed in her service/attitude
