Best dessert place in Ipswich. Tried Kaspa’s before but the customer experience here was better. The waiting time was a bit longer because it’s half term and weekend (understandable), but the staff made up for it and brought us two amazing waffles and drinks. Recommend 100% and would definitely come back again.

Been here a few times now as it's a child staple to have pancakes and ice cream. In short, enjoy the sweet, sugar filled delights of the ice cream, waffles, pancakes milkshakes and more. Choice here is not a problem. The food is all cooked/prepared at different times and I've been \warned\ about this before but on my last visit, the final dish came 30 minutes after the others. One dish is always incorrect or missing parts and the staff always seem to be rushing around chasing people for mistakes made or absent dishes. The new pay at table is convenient if not complicated but it will need you to register and then spam you with emails. On entry, the \Track and Trace\ is a super secure bit of paper that they leave out for other people in the queue to read. The facilities are always a little sticky no matter the cleaning. Overall, price is on point for portion size and quality, just a shame the facilities and staff let the place down.

Not the experience we wanted. Ordered our treat.. my cookie dough arrived within 5 minutes but the sundaes took half hour. So we did not eat together.. Staff were friendly, but not enough on for the amount of people in store. Very yummy everyone enjoyed it. But not the best experience we have had here. Will come again though. Hopefully service will improve. Must stress the staff were great but a bit over worked.
