Ran on time and friendly service
Always on time. Ipswich infrastructure is in chaos during peak periods. Traffic lights every one to two hundred yards. More problems since they moved the Greyfriers Roundabout.
Excellent service
The company is a Council's company. Is serving all the town of Ipswich and outskirts. Is a flag in the Suffolk County. But is managed by poor guys in the depot and also at Tower Ramparts. I've a friend working there, his bus broken-down in the night far way and no one went to rescue him, even with sensitive passengers. Some days after he got other bus parked behind all employee's cars and with the printer blocked with strange liquid unable to issue tickets. In the depot they are really false and dangerous, they know how to kill jobs. IB hasn't human friendly face, unfortunately. Bryce, Justin, and Nigel are not appropriate for the jobs, they are not good guys.
