ALWAYS great service from the two chaps Leighton and Pete at the counter, just don't let your account run overdue. Mine ran over by 19 and got a 15 fine on top! Turns out that because I don't pay via DD I also pay 2 more on every transaction compared to those with the DD. Two phone calls and they'd managed to lift the 15 quid penalty but I could overhear the woman on the other end of the call patronisingly say to Leighton, \just this once but I won't remove it again\. I'm self employed, I'd NEVER charge my late paying customers for this kind of oversight however small or large. What is this? 1953? I'd probably not use Gas and Gear if it weren't for the two chaps at the counter. Four stars because BOC stock all I need but one star for their remote relevance to customer care from the top, five for the two chaps on the counter for keeping me coming back.
