Fantastic place! Karts are well maintained, staff are very friendly and helpful. Track is on the smaller side but does have some great hairpins and challenging turns! Highly recommend

First time bringing the kids here and they loved it, staff are friendly, sitting area to sit n view while waiting for your go. Safety is well thought about.
Visited Saturday for my sons birthday for the very first time. Sadly lacking in customer service in all areas. No helpful information for a first timer. Booked for the under 8 karts as the youngest in the group was 7. We were very disappointed. They barely moved, a snail could of moved quicker. We had to constantly ask what was going on, what we had to do. When my partner questioned what we believed to be the manager on front desk, he received poor service and attitude. He told us..\well you booked it\ which then angered my partner. Not really the response you want to hear when paying for something and it's basically rubbish. BUT when I dealt with the \manager\ explained that the older kids were not happy, he managed to get them on the 8 year karts but paying an extra 27 for a 5 minute drive! Reason for the 3 stars was that the kids enjoyed it in the end! **EDIT TO OWNER REPLY** This is a review of our whole experience, which unfortunately for you, has more negative then positive on this visit. After speaking with my husband and him telling me of the managers own attitude towards him, resulting in my husband getting angry with the manager. The manager needs to learn how to deal with complaints correctly instead of making them worse in the first place. (When we first entered the center, his \i have better things to be doing\ vibe needs to be addressed. The manager received said TIP before I knew the full story. Your CCTV will show exactly how slow your carts are and unfortunately not suitable for the 7 year olds, that can't use the bigger karts.
Had a brilliant time here, the staff are very friendly and professional, they will advise you what you need and will give you the best service possible, nothing is too much trouble and they were completely non-judgmental when we enquired about my larger scale family member fitting into a kart.
Just enjoyed a private hire Birthday party on the newly installed electric powered karts. My 15 year old son and his party thoroughly enjoyed the session. The electric karts which power could be controlled remotely, were surprisingly quick when set up for older racers, with good overtaking opportunities, a mixture of grippy and slippy surfaces made the racing very exciting. No engine noise, silent apart from tyre squeal. Each race allows adequate laps to feel in a racing tussle. Karts suit up to teenagers and smaller adults. Fun was had trying to secure the best lap time. Overall a fun experience including food, squash and a Birthday cake in the package.
