Came across an issue during hire registry today. Was left feeling a bit deflated by this. Nick at the Needham Market branch had absolutely excellent customer services. He is polite kind, compassionate and empathetic, being a student nurse he represented all of the person centred care qualities a business needs. My booking issue was very quickly and honestly resolved by Nick and I look forward to using the company again should the need arise.
After calling to check alloy ramp stock , drove 60 miles to collect, very helpful chap from the workshop Explained the options, couldn’t have been more courteous. Nick in the office was very friendly. Great service. Great price. Other IW dealers could Learn a bit about customer service from these guys. Will most certainly use again. I bought an Ifor Williams hitch lock that was well priced and arrived quickly. There was evidence of corrosion on the metal body of it, but Agroco sent a replacement part next day (and didn't charge me for the lock cover I had ordered). Excellent communication and customer service - thanks
