A typical repair place but have very talented and dedicated staff. They're very good with both their mechanical repairs and also paint finishes and bodywork. 100% recommend.

One of our babies had an accident and Matt went above and beyond to sort out our side light, it wasn't a massive job but he sourced the part quickly and booked us in at short notice, Thankyou from me and the van :) Matt, Director @mcfs

Avoid 100%. Got allocated with them after an accident where my steering rack snapped and damage to my bodywork. They came to my property to review the damage, quoting 1k for the steering rack and another 1.5k for the rest of the wheel. Bodywork naturally would be less, so way within the value of the car. Miraculously after “inputting” it in their system they deemed it a total loss, saying repairs would be 10k - 5k for Mechanic’s and 5k for bodywork. Have reported them to the relevant agency as they’re cowboys, overcharging and also doing anything to forced a write off and to avoid carrying out the work. To put this into comparison - had a second opinion and the mechanics has been done for under 1,000 (including the steering rack and wheel replacement) and been quoted 1,130 for the bodywork. Avoid avoid avoid! The guy who came out didn’t know anything either. Cowboys are work, always get a second quote! If I went with them, my car would now be written off and I’d be searching for a new car. Instead, I’m back on the road.

Brilliant, really friendly and helpful. Rick was recommended and he was very helpful. We used a few body repair shops in Ipswich, this is where to go.
