There were so many talented and hardworking individuals working at this company, but the reality was that, only 20% of people were actually working hard. There were a key 10% of resources who were over-worked, over-tired and fed up and a whole bunch in the middle with not enough work to keep them occupied.

Their focus is purely on revenue rather than quality. You will be lucky if you are not being shouted at every damn day. Definitely no respect for individuals.
