My local company told me food was cold VS what how traditionally i is served in a Kazakh home... but I found it tasty. If horsemeat is your thing...
Service and food was of the highest level, but the pro-sales approach was too much! After first wine we chose a very expensive second wine by mistake and nobody asked twice if we were sure on our choice. So only when at the very end we realised our wine was 1.4k - ops, it's your fault. Not nice!
Service is subpar. Good is ok, nothing to be excited about.
Food is very nice as well as the place with the panoramic view... But the service isn't that much.
The restaurant is very nice, beautiful view and tasty meals. But unfortunately, there was something wrong with the system, as manager explained and we couldn't have alcoholic drinks. Any alcoholic drinks, wine, bear was not available. Another thing is price. I found this place as one of the most expensive places of Almaty. For two people it cost more than 50000 tenge (1USD320KZT), in USD it is almost 156. I am sharing the photos of the dessert and main meal wich I ordered. You can say it is half of the price))), beaf stake and chocolate cake.
