I called to ask for a quote on a broken phone screen. They quoted me x2 the price of M&M in Hulme and then laughed at my questions. Not exactly a good way to do business or talk to customers. Went to M&M instead. Learn to speak to people professionally and build trust, would be my advice.

I went yesterday to pick up my phone,(it was with the screen broken) it was with a screen protection on so I didn't notice the phone condition. This morning I realized that my speaker is not working(it looks like it doesn't fit) and the screen is full of glue and doesn't fit to the phone properly , is a complete mess, I sent an email this morning to fix the speaker, they want to fix it, but honestly after checking how is my phone right now I'm scared to give it to them again to fix the speaker and maybe broke my phone completely, plus was 70 pounds, a waste of money. EDIT: Answering you, My phone has only the screen broken, with no internal damage as you are saying. And the ear piece now is broken and the phone full of glue and as you can see the screen don't feet with the phone, you don't need any password to see that also you don't need any screen password, you can call to the phone and accept the call without any password. I don't want any money of you or anything else, It's my fault to sign the paper without check everything first, I just want to let the future costumers know how is my phone after your repairing.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR DEVICE AND TAKE EVIDENCE of your device's status before handing it to them!!!! I went in to get my iphone battery changed, so I gave the device to the guy, who didn't check the phone or do any tests on its status (very unprofessional to start with).. I waited for 10 min to get it back.. and it honestly didn't take any more time (little did I know!)... When the guy gave me the device back, the home button wasn't working, so I told him please check if something went wrong and try to fix it. He refused to even acknowledge that he did anything wrong to the phone, and since he didn't examine it, and I DIDN'T CHECK IT BEFORE GIVING IT TO HIM, there was no way to prove it!!! After a huge argument, I had only 2 options: to go home with a faulty phone (I didn't know other places to fix it), or to let him fix it for a fee!!! (pay for what he broke!). So I left it for another day and got the fixed phone. I paid more than double the price of the battery in total! If you need to deal with them, CHECK YOUR DEVICE AND TAKE EVIDENCE BEFOREHAND! Edit for reply: I already paid for it!!! and if I was \scamming you\ as you are implying, I wouldn't go through the trouble of trying to warn other customers! This reply proves my point! You still don't think you might have damaged anything in my phone, not even by mistake! Quite unprofessional! I've had the alternate button turned on in all my previous iphones -not just this one-, and this doesn't mean the phone was faulty! It is my fault really that I didn't take evidence before giving you the phone - and this is my advice to people here!

Excellent service! I took two laptops there and got both fixed at an affordable price. The issue with both laptops were the screens which cost 95 each. The guys were really nice and made sure everything was done properly and accepted payment only after I checked the devices. With the first laptop I left it at the shop and got an email a few hours later saying it's ready for collection. Another time I brought a (different) laptop in, it was fixed in 15 minutes. The only thing I would point out is that you need to pay with cash, but there's an ATM machine very close so that's not a problem.

I took my phone in and had it back in an hour in perfect condition. The staff were brilliant 30 to repair, very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend and will only use this shop now
