No problems getting an appointment. Very caring, helpful and professional optician who sent email to my GP regarding potential health warnings.The best optician I have ever seen. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only about one week for glasses, which are stylish and good value. A great team!

Booked two appointment with Vision Express and both cancelled at short notice. Suggestion, hire some floating opticians that can cover absence. This may assist in customer loyalty to the store, reduce customer waiting lists and maintain profit margin. Unfortunately you have let me down twice but there wont be a third time. Vision Express... more like Vision Sluggishness! Should have gone to Specsavers!!
