The practice operates out of a super new building at the side of Kelland Park. Every GP I've seen there has been kind, compassionate and good at their job. A great practice. The only niggle I have is that as the largest Practice in Scotland, they are always busy. This means you have to navigate a torturous telephone appointment system. They are however setting up an internet booking system which should improve matters.

Pathetic service and don’t help diagnose or fix any problems.
Very disappointed in that there is no continuity of care. Being able to see the same Dr at Rhynie over several appointments now seems near impossible. In fact I've been asked even though I'm a Rhynie patient to attend the Inverurie practice which is not really workable for a working family with young school age children. This involved a 56.3 miles round trip. We normally travel to Rhynie which is bad enough at 15 miles.
Really good news over a long term condition, and it's complications.
Been trying to call since 8am Friday and not even put in a queue just call back later.
