Lovely place! Great for when you are a trainspotter was popping in and out when waiting for another service. Had a lovely lunch just the one problem when in a group of 4 the table is very small and you struggle to get everything on! Other than that great place!

The Westlands

My wife and two friends met there at the end of July and had lunch in the restaurant. They were trying to support local businesses emerging from lock-down restrictions. They ate and chatted and had parked for 3 hours and 25 minutes. They had not noticed the less than well displayed signs advising of a 3 hour maximum stay on the way in. Because they had all travelled covid-safe all three have been issued with a 100 fine commuted to 60 each if they pay early. If they contest and the appeal is not upheld the full 100 is payable to a Civil Enforcement company. They had noticed the signs on the way out, but when they went back in to speak to the garden centre staff but they didn't want to know. I am the registered keeper of the car, so I have to pay the fine. I won't be driving any car to use Inverurie Garden Centre again. I might add that because of Covid-19 Aberdeenshire had lifted all parking charges in their car parks at the time and until the 1st of January 2021. Garden centres were given the get-go before other businesses. Those 25 minutes and the fine of 180 to 300 has cost the business, three FAMILIES of customers and we will tell the tale by word of mouth. Absolutely disgusted. I'm only awarding one Star because zero is not an option.

Love the food and staff at the resturant. They coped so well when open in such difficult times. Love coming here with my family.

Good place first visit. Bought a small garden table and was lady one so needed to take shop floor one. Asked for discount as was display but none was offered when asked. Thought that would be offered. Got help to the car and was grateful. Thanks

It was a very warm place but it was nice place to go for something to eat and a cup of tea plus to cool off
