Because I'm in sales myself and have been for years I'm naturally very judgemental & critical of sales staff. On my recent visit to this store when I didn't even know what I was really asking for , I received top quality service from the staff, not only answering questions that I'm sure they thought were silly but purchased with the confidence that everything was correct and it would fit. Well done folks keep up the great work, and it was great of the 'bossman' even to come out and talk me through it when he could have easily just sat in his office! Would highly recommend. Well done, Jim
