We stayed at the Tiny Loon the last weekend in May of 2020 and it was amazing! The weather was so nice that my husband and I went swimming twice! The lake is unlike others. The water is very clear and rocky- so you can see every step you take along the shore until it drops off. The views were beautiful. A pair of Loons must have been nesting nearby because they were close and in view much of the time. There was also a bald eagle that we saw a few times, as well as a humming bird eating from the flowers on the property. You could hear the water sometimes and the loons at night. It was so nice to have two windows that gave you lake views in the loft where you slept. The pavement is also great on that road- we brought our road bikes and had a beautiful bike- my husband rode to the end of the lake (33K return), and I turned around at 10K (20 return). The landscape and lake views were magnificent- and the road isn't very busy so it's safer to ride than most. We also drove 20 minutes to hike Egypt Falls which was a phenomenal experience- the pictures of the falls really don't capture how big they are! My husband went fly fishing twice- once nearby and once on the Margaree River. The Tiny Loon is a super cool tiny home- it's modern, decorated beautifully and has everything you need. We loved our weekend away.

Wunderschöne Location, ruhig mit eigenem Seeufer. Der Host ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Tiny House hat alles was es braucht. Natur pur und trotzdem nur gut 10 Minuten von Inverness mit tollem Boardwalk und sehr guter Gastronomie. Absolut empfehlenswert!
