Got told I would have someone out on the Friday as I was completely out of oil. Waited all day and called just before 5 and was told that the driver was running late but assured me he would be out. It's now Saturday morning and we still have nothing. 4 young kids in the house and it's SNOWING!! Very disappointed and cold! I will be cancelling my monthly and going somewhere else from now on. Thanks a bunch Oilfast!

I first ordered from oilfast as we had run out of heating oil.....in the midst of the big snowfall last year. I came home in a blizzard after picking my step daughter up from Inverness, heavily pregnant and a 1 year old in tow as well. There was about 5 inches of snow outside and came into the house to discover it was absolutely freezing! Quickly realised we had run out of oil, phoned around and couldn’t get ahold of anyone,then my uncle suggested oilfast. I phoned up and the girl I spoke to was really lovely. She organised a couple of emergency drums of oil to tide us over until the delivery arrived. I have been a loyal customer ever since and they have always been prompt with deliveries without a hitch. Highly recommended!
