I went into MacGregor's today just to \browse\ cordless Grease Guns. Ended up buying one. Mainly due to the outstanding service of two employees. A very pleasurable experience. I only wish I had taken their names. Well done. Highly recommended.

My husband returned an item to MacGregors which was still under warranty as it had a fault. After almost 2 years of having to chase MacGregors up he finally got the item back (though not his original one as they seemed to have lost it). I went in today to simply collect the item that was waiting for him in the office and I had to ask twice and wait 25mins before a member of staff could bring it to me. Staff seem friendly enough but very poor customer care, lack of communication and little effort made to assist a customer.
