The best service. The woman serving me was very knowledgeable on what products I needed, I cant praise her enough. Better advice than that from the Pharmacist at Tesco and Boots. There's a one way system in the store and feels like a safe environment.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, happy to take time to chat to me about what would be the best product to buy which happened to be the lower priced product, I’ll be happy to come back and recommend to others. **Shop is small and isles are not very wide, if you are worried about being in close proximity to others at the moment you might feel a bit jittery.

Every time I go in I have an extremely pleasant experience. The staff are professional and very clued up on there products. There's a laid back feel which is exactly what you want if your going in anxious about what you need and a little embarrassed. Today i called for two items to be put aside to be collected for me, one I've had before the other I haven't. I spoke with Ronnie and she couldn't of been more helpful and understanding. She's a credit to the store. So great store awesome staff.

Found the products that I wanted but was served by young woman who was quite happy to not make eye contact with me or say hello when she served me, after spending 5 minutes speaking with her friend at the till.
