Always good, great service by the young staff. We were served by a very pleasant and eager young man from Palestine. I think that is wonderful of Tim Hortons for giving our new Canadians an employment opportunity. Well done!

We went in for some donuts and coffee. To my surprise they had all my favorite donuts without one kind missing. I don't think has ever happened before. We took the box of 12 to a rest area further away to sit and enjoy them.
I always visit this store, and I understand that it is very busy on long weekends; however, this Easter long weekend was extreme. I stood in line for half an hour to get served and only one person was serving customers. It was very apparent that people in the drive-thru were given priority over everyone else. Given Covid restrictions, people inside should be served first so that people inside are limited. Having 40 people waiting in line is uncalled for and it is breaking protocol.
Always go to Tim's wherever we are. Qent here regularly during our visit. Good service, freindly staff and clean restaurant.
The coffee sucked but food was good!
Typical Tim Horton's. However, the cook burned 3 of several sandwiches - charcoal buns on a breakfast muffin and black lines on two grilled cheese sandwiches. They were takeout, so we brought them back for replacement a while later. They made more sandwiches which were better but still burned in places. Dunno if it was just one cook, but management needs to tighten up the ship.
Again forgot whipped cream on my mocca.
We stayed in Invermere over the weekend and came to this Tim Hortons every day. Our order was always right and our coffees tasted great every time. This morning on our way back to Alberta, we stopped to get our coffees and we had the nicest girl at the window! We wanted to give her a shout out specifically but this place as a whole if doing a fantastic job!
