Great place to stay at. Very clean and service was excellent. The restaurant has great food. Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub kept the kids busy. Also have basketball/tennis courts and playground to keep the kiddos busy. Really nice views from the rooms. Would go there again.

The good things about this place is location and the staff. Staff is super friendly and eager to help. Location is great since it's right off the highway. I also liked the view out of our room. Bad things? Rooms seem to be very dated. At almost 200/night, you're getting rooms that are appropriate for a roadside motel, not a resort. All furniture and walls were dented, trolleys were parked in hallways haphazardly. Parking is very limited underground, we've stayed for 5 days and twice we had no parking available underground and had to park outside in the cold. Not impressed. Very limited number of sanitizer stations available. I've only seen one or two bottles sitting here and there, even small restaurants have more these days. Don't count on breakfast, there wasn't much available. Perhaps we were unlucky with timing and our room, but that's just what I saw.

Loved the two bedroom loft suite, lots of room, full kitchen and three bathrooms. Pool and hot tub are open. TV in the bathroom mirror very cool!

Rooms at lower level are ... really outdated and not maintained at all. I've been into this hotel about 7 times in the last 5 years... and i can see it going bad with every year that passed. They could spend some money on renovations. Staff is nice, location is nice but.... owner should spend some money. There's other locations in radium or invermere... don't forget that. Maybe because I've booked the room with Booking.com and paid less than making a reservation with them?

Although the room was small it was comfortable. A must to recognize the effort the staff made to handle the situation of an extremely loud group of guests that were disturbing us for over 8 hours well past midnight. Although they couldn't stop the group they at least made an effort. First day and night were quite unpleasant and not restful but it wasn't the resorts fault.

Good location, decent facilities including indoor/outdoor pool with hot tubs, small gym, and rooms were fine yet a bit aged. 250 for a small room over two nights seemed like decent value. What ruined our experience was that they would not take reservations for dinner on Valentine's day with the person we spoke with on the phone confidently stating that the restaurant does not get that busy. We went down at 6pm to have dinner to find a long line of annoyed people and to find that was entirely booked for the night. This was a Sunday and all other restaurants that were open in town were fully booked by this point. This is not the staff's fault, but the manager who decided reservations were not sensible. COVID protocols limit total occupancy which we totally understand, but this was an operational mistake that could have easily been avoided. We ended up having to eat a pizza on our bed... had we known a reservation was not possible we would have either booked a larger room with a kitchen, booked a restaurant nearby, or stayed home. The hotel restaurant is also only open for dinner so there are no breakfast options which is an annoyance given nearby restaurants are not a walkable distance.

We had our Easter weekend start out as a total disaster with other accomodations on a weekend that should in all likelyhood have been ruined by not having anywhere else to stay as it was so busy. The staff and management at the Copper Point Resort not only saved the day but the entire weekend with their extra mile attitude and GENUINE service. Over the top thanks for over the top performance! As Arnie would say, "I'll be back!" Regards and many thanks, Collin and Family.
