Opted for 1 hour dog sledding experience. Beautiful ride and very novel experience for me. The staff were passionate, helpful, ensured our safety, and guided well. Would have given 5 stars but had some bad experience (details below) A staff member was shouting sternly and pretty rudely (like a parent scolding a child) during the sledding. To be fair, this was due to some mistakes I made while sledding (I may have clipped the dogs with the sled from braking too slowly, hope they weren't too scared from that!). But I felt that stopping the sleds to give reminders and tips would have solved this without leaving a bad experience to guests. This was open to beginners, so some patience would be appreciated. Ararad (the owner) was very gracious, could speak English well. I would recommend this to people looking to get a feel of sledding. For people who maybe more prone to making mistakes, just be prepared for some stern policing. Lastly, would be cool if they included some time in the plan to share about their experience from competitions and the technical aspects of the sport. This is from someone who loves to hear more details about what makes people love the things they do!

Amazing experience!! 35 euro but it worth it all! Clear detailed explanation of how it works, you can see that all dogs are really strong in excellent shape and full of energy and joy to do their job. I appreciated that 2 owners were really caring about their dogs and were proud of their profession. I recommend it.

Wonderful experience trekking with the beautiful dogs. Can't recommend this place enough. Our hosts were friendly, passionate and informative, and the dogs were all so beautiful and we'll behaved. Once in a lifetime experience, don't miss this!

There wasn't too much snow, but we had a very interesting new experience nonetheless with good views. The owner was a very pleasant man. He was very encouraging, patient, friendly and helpful. (If not for the below, this would have been a 5 star experience.) We had an unfortunate experience with what I thought was an extremely unpleasant lady that works there. She was sledging behind the lot of us while we were sledging. During one occasion, my weight (I weigh 45kg) wasn't sufficient to hold the breaks on the huskies as they started tugging harder, and the huskies ran loose. She ran towards me, and started yelling at me at the top of her voice something along the lines of whether I think it was a joke. They had a snow mobile to catch up with the dogs that got about 10m (?) ahead. In the meantime, she continued yelling at me something along the lines of \You go run after the dogs now!! Go!! Don't walk!! Run!! One more time and you'll sit on the snow mobile\. I was and still am extremely appalled and disgusted by her behaviour. I fail to see how this is an appropriate way of treating a grown adult, and I also fail to see how I might have come across as thinking this was a joke. If she thought this was the way to attract more tourists/newcomers wanting to get an introduction experience into huskies sledging, she might have to give this a second thought. The owner definitely made the situation a lot better. He drove his snow mobile over to me to pick me up (as the women continued yelling at me) to the huskies. He also offered to use a physical anchor to anchor the huskies down the next time we breaked since I didn't have enough weight. If not for this lady, this new experience that we've always dreamt of having, would have had been an amazing and memorable one. Unfortunately, I now have mostly angry and upset memories from my first husky sledging experience.
