Very polite and careful with the delivery, but I hadn't realised that a table came flat-packed and I couldn't manage it on my own. While I went to call the supplier to point this out, without me asking Jack and his colleague got the instructions out and 5 minutes it was assembled! It was their final job of the day so no one else was inconvenienced - apart from the two very kind delivery men who could have finished work a bit earlier if they hadn't stopped to help. I will certainly be using this firm myself in future!
