I contacted peter from Intelligent Nutrition in late Feb 2016 to discuss a diet plan following being diagnosed with oesophagitis & heart burn by my GP. Since meeting with peter I have found him to be helpful and a wealth of knowledge, only providing useful and factual information. He has provide me with a set diet plan & structure to my meal times. Since our first meeting and following his recommendations I have been relieved of all symptoms to date & I have lost 14 pounds in 4 weeks! Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their diet!!
