They shuffle papers between customer and insurer. I don't know what value they provide.
NUMBER 1 INSURER IN TRYING TO AVOID PAYING CLAIMS! My daughters where hospitalised during a holiday in December 2017 and we still waiting for payment which by now won't cover credit card interest rates! I tried giving it zero stars but was not possible.... If you bought insurance with them GOOD LUCK otherwise STAY CLEAR!
I was recently hospitalised with a leg infection while on holiday in Cambodia. Intana were very supportive throughout the experience, calling me regularly for an update and to offer further assistance if needed - such as additional accommodation or change to flights should I need to come home early. In the event, I was able to complete my holiday. As a precaution, they arranged for me to be upgraded to business class plus wheelchairs at both ends in order to reduce the risk of further complications arising from the infection (DVT for example). No issues with the claim settlement either.
