What a nice experience to be treated as a proper valued customer! Lovely staff, great advice and end product was spot on. Well done at Whitefield.

A VERY PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE. NOT NORMALLY A FAN OF GOING TO THE OPTICIANS, BUT THE STAFF WERE BRILLIANT. A VERY COMPETITIVELY PRICED EYE TEST ALONG WITH FRAME AND LENS OPTIONS WERE OFFERED, WITHOUT THE PUSHY SALES. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I have been going here for the last few years and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Good choice of glasses. would recommenced.
Brilliant made me feel at ease! Definately recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you
Brilliant customer service! Staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure my new pair of glasses are comfortable. I usually go to Specsavers for my sight tests, but the customer service here is far better.
