I'm ashamed to be a foreign national / Portuguese person today. being out the country for a long time, I returned with an ill father with very bad cancer for him to visit \home\. Decided to go to the IPO for an informal second opinion following the run around of processes required to step foot in only to be made to wait HOURS to be told to come back 3 days after we were due to leave the country again. The RUDEST doctor possibly in the world delivering a no-coherent argument refusing to see him because \thats just how we work\. Extremely cold, unsympathetic, ineffecient and rude. Better service and doctors in South Africa. A sad day to be Portuguese but it is INFINITELY clear why the Portuguese have fiscal and social problems. I suggest spending the money and getting private advice else where before going to the IPO OR at the time of enquiry make sure to get EVERY persons name and take note of the time of communication to ensure accountability. Dont expect sympathetic help from these people.

Condições para utentes, com a situação do covid, pessoas doentes e debilitadas tiveram que esperar á chuva, vento e agora ao sol, é incrível.
O meu marido é o doente!! . Sempre foi muito bem atendido ,é seguido em Hematologia e Urologia , em ambos os serviços ,tem usufruído do melhor apoio possível .Médicos ,Enfermeiros e Auxiliares , secretariado , em suma todo o serviço prestado ao doente ,é de um profissionalismo extraordinário..Estamos gratos a essa casa!! Fazemos votos que assim continue a ser . Pois sãos doentes , por vezes com muito sofrimento físico e psicológico . E é nessa casa que esperam o apoio que os ajuda a vencer a doença.. Bem hajam.....
Está muito bem situado, tem um atendimento bastante profissional e de fácil acesso, tem talvez falta de espaço para t estacionamento.
