If there was a chance to give to this place minus five, I would gladly do it. I am a student of Ukrainian origin who wanted to enrol at the University of Kiev in an English language specialization. I came here to ask for some information to the office for foreign students, since I did all my educational process in Italy, but I was treated like a dog. I was asked for my passport to identify myself, because they didn't believe I was Ukrainian, I was criticized for my Ukrainian, even though the course I was going to take was in English, and I wasn't given any explanation. If the University of Kiev wants to open to foreign students, it should change its staff because the behaviour of this person made me completely change my mind about my enrolment at this university. I understand why Ukraine is still not in the European Union. Bad, rude, unprofessional and racist.

Було б зручне місце для конференцій і інших заходів якби не совок, що стирчить з усіх щілин. :( Багато приміщень, аудіторій. Але все холодне, без опалення. В деяких зламані меблі. Є кафе. Але зрозуміти графік його роботи неможливо. Ніякого розкладу. Іноді там можна непогано поїсти, а іноді в них тільки чай. Від чого це залежить - не зрозуміло. В туалеті один рулон паперу на всіх. Відсутнє мило. Колега була у візочку. Її пересування будівлею тільки на наших руках було можливо. Скрізь незручні сходи, жодного ліфту. Місце жодним чином не інклюзивне. От і враження: хотіли як краще, а зробили як вміють :/
В Інституті знаходиться кафетерій, і там працює дуже привітна жіночка.Випромінює добро та позитив. Плюс їжа реально смачна.
