Charged 58.90 just to be told I need a plummer for a blocked pipe. I was told when booking that if the repair couldn't be completed the call out charge would have only been 35.00 to cover costs/petrol. The technician was punctual and polite but for just short of 60, I expect more than to be told the drainage pipe is blocked. The washing machine wasn't broken (as it was a blocked pipe) so they didn't fix anything. I would of thought the 35.00 call out cover charge would of been more reasonable for the 9 minutes the technician visited.
