Lauren is a very intuitive, highly talented bodyworker and healer. She has helped with several physical aches and pains (first wrist hand pain, then a knee issue) by expertly assessing what is out of alignment and identifying the true source of my pain. Not only has Lauren put my body back together and kept me pain free, but has also offered some key tools for mindfulness and meditation to address stress that was exacerbating some of my physical aches.

Lauren is a gifted, intuitive healer. She has amazed me with her ability to successfully reduce or eliminate a variety of problems (from insomnia to a tight, knotted back). Sometimes (actually, most of the time) I think that Lauren understands my body better than I do. I leave my sessions with Lauren feeling rejuvenated and nourished. I recommend her highly.
A healing session with Lauren is Magical! She is focused, sensitive, perceptive and knowledgable. When she treats me I feel like I am being knit back together and made whole. Her healing capacity and strategies are complex and effective. No matter what ailments I arrive with, shoulder and neck pain, fatigue, digestive issues, Lauren is able to relieve my discomfort and set me into a relaxed, peaceful state that often lasts for weeks. I feel so lucky to have found Lauen Paap. I had a wrist surgery that wasn’t healing right and she told me she could help. Well, not only did she help heal the wrist but also worked on other wonky bits - a knee, an ankle, a shoulder - and a general weakness, all of which I’d attributed either to old injuries or to aging. But she took them all on and wow, what a difference! I had no idea Shiatsu could be effective for so many things. Now we’re looking to help release an old phobia –another layer of pain. Fascinating! Lauren is a fearless explorer, trying all kinds of Shiatsu and acupressure techniques in search of easing her clients’ pain and injury, layer by layer. She’s absolutely amazing to work with.
