Very poor communication because they rather hide behind emails rather than face to face/talking discussing like real people should. Not good for anything's mental health for playing mental chess with you that makes you feel patronised. Poor process of speeding up on what is on offer, takes absolutely ages for to get a decision on what I wanted. For an organisation overall is poor, very Poor.
