Lovely friendly gym, great facilities. Staff always friendly and helpful, good atmosphere, decent mix of music if you forget your headphones. First impressions might make you think the equipment is a bit tired but it's well maintained and there's rarely any waiting to use what you need.

Bigger than THE GYM, 90 min session. A bit expensive and for such a money the gym should be brilliant clean (it's need propped cleaning), the men's restroom always is disgusting...
Firstly I am not a fit person and I am large with alot of weight to lose, I have been going for two weeks so far and have to say I'm hooked. This gym is different from others!! One in a million no judgment just positivity! Its very rare to find a place to go where not just the staff are helpful but genuinely care, the people that go to work out dont make me feel uncomfortable about my size but I feel are with me, encouraging me to succeed!!! Let alone that its professional, well equipped, clean, welcoming and the staff are happy to help and very well educated. I cannot recommend enough definitely INSPIREing!!
